Moeba connects you with AI agents operated by businesses you work with. To get started, you'll need an invitation from a business that uses Moeba.

• Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
• Sign in with your mobile phone number.
• Accept an invitation sent to you by a business to connect with their agent.

How do I connect with a business?

Businesses send invitations via SMS or a shared link. Tap the link to open Moeba and the connection will be established automatically. You can only connect with businesses that have invited you.

I didn't receive the verification code

Verification codes are sent via SMS. If you haven't received one:

• Check that you entered the correct phone number.
• Wait a few moments — delivery can sometimes be delayed.
• Ensure your phone has network reception.
• Try again after 60 seconds.

Can I use Moeba on multiple devices?

You can use Moeba on any device by signing in with the same phone number. Your conversations and connections will sync automatically.

How do I disconnect from a business?

You can disconnect from any business at any time through the app. This will remove the connection and conversation history from your account.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Moeba uses industry-standard encryption and authentication. Your phone number is verified through Firebase Authentication, and all communication between Moeba and business agents is signed and secured. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

For Business Administrators

If you're a business administrator and need help with:

• Setting up your agent — Refer to the integration documentation available in the admin portal.
• Managing invitations — You can invite users and manage connections through the admin portal.
• API and webhook issues — Check your endpoint configuration and ensure your webhook secret is correctly set.
