How do I connect with a business?

Businesses send invitations via SMS or a shared link. Tap the link to open Moeba and the connection will be established automatically. You can only connect with businesses that have invited you.

I didn't receive the verification code

Verification codes are sent via SMS. If you haven't received one:

Can I use Moeba on multiple devices?

You can use Moeba on any device by signing in with the same phone number. Your conversations and connections will sync automatically.

How do I disconnect from a business?

You can disconnect from any business at any time through the app. This will remove the connection and conversation history from your account.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Moeba uses industry-standard encryption and authentication. Your phone number is verified through Firebase Authentication, and all communication between Moeba and business agents is signed and secured. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
